Description
Spellbound is a fantastic and very affordable buttery chardonnay if you can find it. Interestingly enough, the wine starts out with a sauvignon blanc nose but as soon as you take your first sip you get wonderful butter and cream flavors. This is balanced out nicely by a clean minerality and the light presence of residual sugars. Immediately following the great butter flavor you get a hint of oak and just a slight note of apple juice.
